Keeping the American Promise - Harvard, MA

The League of Women Voters of Massachusetts is one of the most trusted non-partisan, grassroots organization in the Commonwealth, committed to influencing public policy through citizen education and advocacy. The League of Women Voters advocacy is based on stated positions on issues at the national, state and local levels, and are developed through member study and consensus.

Staying in tune with their stated positions, The League of Women Voters of Massachusetts will be hosting another event addressing money in politics in at the Harvard Town Hall on May 10th. 

Spreading the word about the 28th Amendment, Larry Scarff will be speaking at this event about the work American Promise is doing to get money out of politics and about the National Citizen Uprising that has people across the nation pushing for change. Larry Scarff is one of the most dedicated volunteers of American Promise and is a trailblazer for the grassroot work being done for the 28th Amendment in Massachusetts. He and his wife are also the leaders of the American Promise Associations in Burlington and Concord.
